Assistant to General Manager

Goals / Tasks / Responsibilities
-Support of the general management in the performance of their strategic and operational tasks
-Overtaking an interface function between the general management, the division managers, and all employees
-Organizational and content preparation of general management appointments, preparation of draft decisions
-Performing written and oral communication in English on schedule
-General assistant activities, e.g., office organization, planning appointments, handling calendar, conducting resubmission, and travel arrangements
-Preparation and follow-up of events, meetings, sessions, and conferences, including the keeping of minutes
-Independent making and preparation of presentations, reports, and doing of research and analysis, as well as preparation of decision-relevant information
-Taking charge of project management tasks, as well as developing various procedures on their own responsibility
Your profile
-University or college degree in business administration or related field is preferred
-At least 2 years of work experience as an assistant to a general manager or division leader, preferred in an international industrial enterprise
-Proficient command of English in writing and speaking
-Advanced IT skills of the MS Office 365 application, combined with a high level of affinity for modern work equipment and tools
-Project tasks related experience
-Confident and polite appearance, good manners, a high level of social competence
-Flexibility and commitment, as well as total discretion, loyalty, confidentiality, and reliability
