A FAMILY-OWNED COMPANY WITH VISION
Our recipe for success: Lean distances and a familiar atmosphere.
The history of HÜBNER begins in the year 1946: In the austere post-war period, Kurt Hübner founded a trading company that later become to specialize in the production of useful rubber articles. The business idea proves to be a success - and the company, which is characterised by a spirit of innovation, grows. In the course of the decades the small Kassel rubber workshop thus becomes the globally active HÜBNER Group. Then as now it is family-owned and managed by the Hübner family.
The family spirit of the early days has not vanished despite growth: To this day, there is a trusting working atmosphere in which personal esteem is written in capital letters. Sustainability in the economic, ecological and social sense is also one of our core principles. We see ourselves as an important member of the society and want to honor that responsibility.
The fact that this principle of action has proven itself can be seen in many things. For example, our key business figures and the above-average length of service of our employees. And the fact that many apprentices also stay with the company later in order to develop further with it.

DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES AT HÜBNER
In addition to our attractive social benefits, we offer our employees a wide range of opportunities for further development within our company.
Further training opportunities
HÜBNER employees benefit from a wide range of further training and development opportunities. In addition to regular further training according to job and requirements, we offer our employees the opportunity to take part in weekly English courses. Our lessons always take place in small groups, as this is the most fun way to learn and, of course, the learning success is also much greater.
Promoting talent - developing potential
We use specific measures to support employees in developing their strengths and potential. For HÜBNER, this is an important part of personnel development. For example, we support employees in their further development as managers or prepare colleagues for taking on new tasks through targeted programs - both nationally and internationally.
